  • HIGH STARTING SALARY: Begin earning up to £37,000 immediately. £1k pay rise after 6 months. £1k pay rise after gaining Assessor qualification + further pay rises and bonuses.

The Role: Coaching the Next Generation

Based from home, you will be involved in teaching, coaching, and mentoring young learners undertaking crucial Level 3 Electrical Installation qualifications in the Bristol area.

  • Delivery: Deliver and coordinate the successful completion of all aspects of process qualifications.
  • Mentorship: Provide hands-on coaching and technical guidance to learners in the workplace.
  • Focus: Training apprentices in line with relevant awarding body standards.
  • Environment: Work in a rewarding, self-motivated team environment that values a 'hands-on approach.'

Essential Requirements (Your Experience is Your Qualification)

  • We are looking for proven occupational experience as an Electrician.
  • Occupational Experience: Minimum 5 years' relevant occupational experience as an Electrician.
  • Technical Qualification: Level 3 or above Electrical qualification / apprenticeship (desirable).
  • Soft Skills: Good communication, presentation skills, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic, rewarding environment.
  • Compliance: This position is subject to Enhanced DBS clearance.
  • Full UK Driving License, and use of own car.
