The successful candidate will need to have at least 3 years' occupational experience in a Residential Childcare setting and a L3 CYP related qualification. It is also desirable that you hold your Assessor qualification (TAQA, CAVA, A1, D32/33 etc). A UK driving license and use of own vehicle is also essential for this role.

Qualifications and Competencies:
- Assessor qualification (TAQA, CAVA, D32, A1 etc)
- A minimum 3 years' occupational experience within a CYP or Residential Childcare setting
- A L3 or above qualification in CYP / Residential Childcare
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and manage own diary
- Full UK Driving License
Duties:
- Train, assess, motivate and support CYP learners on programmes towards achieving CYP qualifications
- Maximise the use of e-learning and using a variety of assessment methods to ensure learners have the chance to evidence their knowledge in a variety of ways.
- Support, develop, implement and evaluate approved CYP training materials, promoting standardisation, use approved training methods to develop the learner and utilise every opportunity to support them to achieving their qualification in a timely manner.
