Are you a time-served Arborist ready to 'down tools' and transition your expertise into a rewarding training career? This is a highly sought-after trainee trainer / assessor position - we require your Arborist industry knowledge; we will provide ALL the training and qualifications needed for you to succeed as a trainer / assessor.
STARTING SALARY: Begin earning up to £33,000 immediately.
FULLY FUNDED TRAINING: All trainer and assessor qualifications will be provided and funded by the employer.
PREMIUM BENEFITS: Excellent Company Benefits Package, 37.5 hour working week, no unsociable hours, 38 days paid annual leave (including BHs) and further training and qualifications fully funded by the employer.
WORK LIFE BALANCE: No evenings or weekends. WFH. Visit learners in their place of work for observations (2 visits every 3 months).
The Role: Coaching the Next Generation
- You will be involved in teaching, coaching, and mentoring young learners undertaking Arborist apprenticeship qualifications.
- Delivery: Deliver and coordinate the successful completion of all aspects of Arborist qualifications.
- Mentorship: Provide hands-on coaching and technical guidance to learners (remotely and face to face in their place of work).
- Focus: Training apprentices in line with relevant awarding body standards.
- Environment: Work in a rewarding, self-motivated team environment that values a 'hands-on approach.'
Essential Requirements (Your Experience is Your Qualification)
- Occupational Experience: Minimum 5 years' relevant occupational experience within the Arborist industry.
- Technical Qualification: Arborist related qualifications.
- Soft Skills: Good communication, presentation skills, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic, rewarding environment.
- Compliance: This position is subject to Enhanced DBS clearance.
