The Role: Coaching the Next Generation
Based from home, you will be involved in teaching, coaching, and mentoring young learners undertaking crucial Level 3 Electrical Installation qualifications in the Bristol area.
- Delivery: Deliver and coordinate the successful completion of all aspects of process qualifications.
- Mentorship: Provide hands-on coaching and technical guidance to learners in the workplace.
- Focus: Training apprentices in line with relevant awarding body standards.
- Environment: Work in a rewarding, self-motivated team environment that values a 'hands-on approach.'
Essential Requirements (Your Experience is Your Qualification)
- Proven occupational experience as an Electrician.
- Minimum 5 years' relevant occupational experience as an Electrician.
- Level 3 or above Electrical qualification/apprenticeship (desirable).
- Good communication, presentation skills, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic, rewarding environment.
- This position is subject to Enhanced DBS clearance.
- Full UK Driving License, and use of own car.
