Overview
An opportunity to join an innovative and rapidly growing training provider. We are looking for a Residential Childcare professional to join their successful team. You will be delivering Residential Childcare apprenticeships to learners, mainly working remotely from home. The successful candidate will need to have at least 2 years' occupational experience in a Residential Childcare setting and a L3 Residential Childcare related qualification. If you already hold your assessor & teaching qualifications, great! If not, training will be available for the right candidate.
Salary/Benefits
- Salary £26.5k - £30k

Duties
- Train, assess, motivate and support Residential Childcare learners on programmes towards achieving Residential Childcare Apprenticeship qualifications
- Maximise the use of e-learning and using a variety of assessment methods to ensure learners have the chance to evidence their knowledge in a variety of ways.
- Support, develop, implement and evaluate approved Residential Childcare training materials, promoting standardisation, use approved training methods to develop the learner and utilise every opportunity to support them to achieving their qualification in a timely manner.
Qualifications and Competencies
- A minimum 2 years' occupational experience within a Residential Childcare setting
- A L3 or above qualification in Residential Childcare
- Assessor Award (TAQA, CAVA, A1, D32/33) - desirable
- Teaching qualification - desirable
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and manage own diary
- Full UK Driving License
