OVERVIEW: Hairdressing Tutor Are you an experienced Hairdressing Tutor / Assessor looking for the next step in your career?
We are Recruiting on behalf of a well-established training provider that is looking to extend their team.
You will be required to provide tutoring support and complete learner assessments up to Level 3 in Hairdressing.
You will be in charge of a group of learners, supporting each individual via theory and practical based teaching.
This is a part-time role, 20 hrs per week, based at a training centre in Manchester.
SALARY/BENEFITS: Hairdressing Tutor * Salary £26K-£30K pro rata (depending on experience and qualifications) * Excellent employee benefits package * Opportunity for career progression and personal development DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Hairdressing Tutor * Train, assess, motivate and support learners on programmes towards achieving hairdressing qualifications. * Support, develop, implement and evaluate approved hairdressing training materials, promoting standardisation, use approved training methods to develop the learner and utilise every opportunity to supporting them to achieving their qualification in a timely manner. * Ensure the highest standards of learner completions are met and to monitor candidates progress, including carrying out regular progression reviews/additional support reviews.
