An established End Point Assessment Organisation (EPAO) is seeking an experienced End Point Assessment Manager / Responsible Officer to oversee the delivery and compliance of End Point Assessments within a specialist technical sector. This role is responsible for managing EPA operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting assessors and IQAs, and maintaining high-quality assessment processes. You will also act as the main contact with regulatory and quality assurance bodies while overseeing assessment planning, documentation, and reporting. This role is part time (3 or 4 days per week), mainly home based but you will be required to have presence in the office in Darlington on a regular basis.
Responsibilities
- Overview and management of EPA operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality assessment processes.
- Act as the main contact with regulatory and quality assurance bodies while overseeing assessment planning, documentation, and reporting.
- Support assessors and IQAs to maintain consistent, compliant assessment delivery.
- Ensure timely planning, documentation, and reporting to meet accreditation and funding requirements.
