The role is home based with learners located in Cambridgeshire and the surrounding area.

Responsibilities
  • You will be managing a caseload of Early Years apprenticeship learners (including Functional Skills), both remotely (via telephone, video, email) and visits to the learner in their place of work.
  • Providing mentorship and coaching to the learner through to completion of their Early Years apprenticeship qualification.
Salary and Benefits
  • The role is full-time, permanent.
  • Mon-Fri, no unsociable hours or weekends.
  • Home based and flexible working - manage your own diary.
  • £30k - £33k annual salary (for experienced assessors).
  • Full travel expenses.
  • 2 weeks paid leave at Christmas + 21 days annual leave + Bank Holidays.
  • All equipment including laptop, mobile phone.

Essentials
  • At least 3 years experience as a Deputy Manager or higher in a Nursery setting (for unqualified assessor applicants).
  • UK driving license and use of own transport.
  • Home Based - covering Cambridge and the surrounding area.
