The Role: Coaching the Next Generation
As a trainee trainer and assessor, you will be involved in teaching, coaching, and mentoring young learners undertaking Gas & Plumbing apprenticeship qualifications.
Delivery: deliver and coordinate the successful completion of all aspects of Gas & Plumbing qualifications.
Mentorship: provide hands‑on coaching and technical guidance to learners in the training centre.
Focus: train apprentices in line with relevant awarding body standards.
Environment: work in a rewarding, self‑motivated team environment that values a hands‑on approach.
Essential Requirements (Your Experience is Your Qualification):
- Minimum 5 years of relevant occupational experience within the Gas & Plumbing industry.
- Mandatory Level 3 Gas & Plumbing related qualification.
- Good communication and presentation skills, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic, rewarding environment.
- Compliance: must obtain Enhanced DBS clearance.
