Salary: £38,000 to £40,000 per year (Starting Salary)

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (Trainee Position – Training Provided)

Benefits:

  • Fully funded training: all trainer and assessor qualifications will be provided and funded by the employer.
  • Premium benefits package, 35-hour working week, no unsociable hours, 38 days paid annual leave (including Bank Holidays) and further training and qualifications fully funded by the employer.

The Role: Coaching the Next Generation

As a trainee trainer and assessor, you will be involved in teaching, coaching, and mentoring young learners undertaking Gas & Plumbing apprenticeship qualifications.

Delivery: deliver and coordinate the successful completion of all aspects of Gas & Plumbing qualifications.

Mentorship: provide hands‑on coaching and technical guidance to learners in the training centre.

Focus: train apprentices in line with relevant awarding body standards.

Environment: work in a rewarding, self‑motivated team environment that values a hands‑on approach.

Essential Requirements (Your Experience is Your Qualification):

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant occupational experience within the Gas & Plumbing industry.
  • Mandatory Level 3 Gas & Plumbing related qualification.
  • Good communication and presentation skills, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic, rewarding environment.
  • Compliance: must obtain Enhanced DBS clearance.
