Overview: Are you an experienced Early Years Tutor looking to progress into a slightly different role? Recruiting on behalf of a training provider that is big on quality, which is reflected in their Ofsted grade, this is an opportunity not to be missed. The role is fully remote, work from home.

Purpose of the role:

You will play a key part in overseeing all learner progression. Working closely with apprenticeship tutors, you will monitor and identify early indicators of disengagement or underperformance and implement timely interventions. Providing mentorship and coaching to learners who require additional needs during their completion of Early Years apprenticeship qualifications.

Essentials:

  • At least 3 years experience as an Early Years Assessor
  • Experience in supporting learners with additional academic or pastoral needs
  • Comfortable supporting learners with Functional Skills
  • Track record in learner completions
