Were looking for a driven, disciplined Operations Manager to take the reins and scale multiple Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu gyms. This isnt your standard clipboard-and-checklist role we want someone who can lead from the front, streamline systems, support our coaches, and grow the business from the mats up.
What Youll Be Doing:

Oversee day-to-day operations across all gym locations (3+ and growing)

Support head coaches and front-desk teams to ensure smooth class schedules, student engagement, and retention

Handle staffing, scheduling, payroll, and performance tracking

Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) across sites

Drive new memberships and improve customer experience with a hands-on, on-site approach

Identify and fix operational issues before they affect members or staff

Work closely with the owners on strategic growth (including launching new locations)
What Were Looking For:

Solid experience in operations or multi-site management (fitness, hospitality or leisure industry ideal)

Passion for martial arts / combat sports preferably BJJ (you dont need to be a black belt, but you should speak the language)
