FX Analyst

Key Responsibilities: 1. Market Research & Analysis * Monitor global FX markets and macroeconomic factors impacting currency movements. * Analyze geopolitical events, monetary policies, and economic data to develop actionable market forecasts. * Build and maintain models to assess currency trends and market opportunities. 2. Trading Support * Provide real-time analysis to trading teams, identifying market conditions and trading opportunities. * Support traders by delivering data-driven insights on pricing, volatility, and FX strategies. * Assist in identifying and capitalizing on arbitrage opportunities. 3. Data Management & Reporting * Gather and analyze data from platforms such as Bloomberg, Reuters, and central banks. * Prepare detailed reports and presentations on market activity and performance metrics. * Present findings to stakeholders and clients in a clear and concise manner. 4. Risk Management * Monitor FX positions to identify potential risks and recommend mitigation strategies. * Collaborate with risk teams to ensure compliance with trading limits and protocols. * Conduct scenario analysis and stress testing for currency portfolios. 5. Client & Stakeholder Engagement * Deliver tailored market insights and strategies to clients. * Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. * Represent the company at industry events and client meetings. Ideal Candidate: * At least 1 years of experience in FX markets, financial analysis, or related fields. * Strong understanding of global FX markets, macroeconomics, and monetary policy. * Excellent quantitative and problem-solving skills. * Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively. Preferred Skills: * Experience with FX trading platforms (e.g., Bloomberg, Eikon). * Knowledge of options, forwards, and other FX derivatives. * Previous experience in a trading or research environment is a plus.
