Oakmont Consulting is seeking an R&D Manager to own the technical direction of our smart lighting and IoT products in Hertford. You’ll lead a multidisciplinary team across electronics, firmware, hardware and mechanical, delivering a clear technology roadmap from concept to production.
Reporting directly to the MD, you’ll make influential decisions, run design reviews, ensure DfM/DFT, and stay close to market trends in wireless, sensing and energy efficiency.
