Oakmont Consulting in Birmingham is seeking a Lead Embedded Software & Controls Engineer to define and implement model-based control strategies for HVAC and thermal systems on-site.

You will translate MATLAB/Simulink models into embedded C/C++ and run MIL/SIL/HIL validations against CAN and field data.

The role includes mentoring junior engineers, setting software architecture standards, and driving the thermal platform development.

On-site 5 days a week, negotiable for the right candidate.
