About The Role
Role & Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent standards of care in accordance with our policies and procedures
- Support, lead, and supervise a care team to promote person-centred care and independence while maintaining the dignity and respect of our residents
- Assess residents' care needs and develop care plans to enhance their quality of life
- Oversee medicine management, ensuring compliance with company policies and current legislation
- Liaise and communicate effectively with visitors, regulators, relatives, and other stakeholders
- Conduct regular audits and action plans as part of our Quality Assurance policy
- Maintain accurate documentation efficiently and effectively at all times
- Excellent, competitive rates of pay (negotiable depending on experience)
