About the Role
Oakminster Healthcare is looking to recruit qualified, experienced nurses with a passion for providing person-centred care to our elderly residents. We believe our staff are one of our most valuable resources in enhancing the quality of life for our service users, who are at the centre of everything we do. We have both full and part time hours available on both day shift or night shift.
Role & Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent standards of care in accordance with our policies and procedures
- Support, lead, and supervise a care team to promote person-centred care and independence while maintaining the dignity and respect of our residents
- Assess residents' care needs and develop care plans to enhance their quality of life
- Oversee medicine management, ensuring compliance with company policies and current legislation
- Liaise and communicate effectively with visitors, regulators, relatives, and other stakeholders
- Conduct regular audits and action plans as part of our Quality Assurance policy
- Maintain accurate documentation efficiently and effectively at all times
