We are looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join us at The Grand Junction Arms in Tring.

About The Grand Junction Arms:

Sat on the banks of the Grand Union Canal, The Grand Junction Arms is a traditional pub located on the edge of the market town of Tring. Newly refurbished, this site has a restaurant, a spacious Canalside garden, including a covered outdoor dining terrace has been created with a dedicated bar and a large fire pit. The Grand Junctions Arms serves a seasonal, Mediterranean-inspired menu enhanced by weekly specials carefully crafted by a team of chefs based on sustainable, quality ingredients. Traceable from farm to fork, our meat and poultry come from British farms, our eggs are free range, and our fish is responsibly sourced from suppliers approved by the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC).
