Oakley Recruitment is working in partnership with an expanding organisation based in Tamworth. This is an excellent opportunity to join the team as a Junior Administrator on a full-time permanent basis.

Job Role:
- Inputting and updating data into spreadsheets, databases, or internal systems
- Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling general inquiries
- Maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements at all times
- Dealing with any other ad hoc administration duties as they arise
Skills and experience:
- Must have GCSEs 5 and above in Maths and English
- Business GCSE or Business A Level Preferred
- Excel and Microsoft skills
- Excellent telephone manner and customer service
- Good time management and organisation
- Team player
