Oakley Recruitment is working in partnership with an expanding organisation based in Tamworth. This is an excellent opportunity to join the team as a Collections Advisor.

- Monthly commission average £1,000 / £1,500 per month
- Full training provided
- 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am - 5:00 pm (1 day a week 9:00 - 5:30pm)

Job Role:
- Making calls to business customers to discuss outstanding debt
- Collecting debt on behalf of organisations
- Sending emails and correspondence
- Building customer rapport
- Updating and maintaining the database
Skills and experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role or transferable skills in retail, hospitality
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Confident and effective time management
- Good problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills
