Oakley Recruitment is working in partnership with an expanding organisation based in Bromsgrove. This is an excellent opportunity to join the team as a Paraplanning Manager on a full-time permanent basis.

Job Role:
- Developing and managing a high calibre team of paraplanners, identifying any training needs within the team or for specific team members
- Managing team workflow requirements effectively, ensuring the team adheres to SLAs and key performance metrics, and escalating any issues if necessary
- Holding regular meetings with individuals, whilst also contributing and assisting in the running of wider team meetings
- Maintaining regular checks on the quality of the reports, turnaround times and adherence to processes
- Providing feedback and coaching to support the team to further improve our service delivery
- Ensuring the paraplanning team adheres to all standard operating procedures in line with regulations that apply
- Being involved in team projects and adhering to set deadlines
- Looking out for areas in which team processes can be improved
Skills and experience
- Diploma in Financial Planning as a minimum qualification
- Demonstrable experience managing, training and mentoring a team effectively
- Knowledge, interest and experience in similar role
- Experience in an IFA environment, demonstrating quality communications of constructive feedback
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail in written/numerical skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
