Life Assurance 2x annual salary Free onsite parking Incredible core company values Job Role: Ensuring content is kept up to date at all times Managing product launch uploads as planned in the project management system, with support from the wider team Managing the day-to-day marketing stock reports, ensuring items are replenished regularly with support from the wider team Coordinating banner inventory for the sales team via our project management system Ensuring banners are up-to-date with latest artwork Liaising with Graphic designers when new artwork is required Ordering banners directly with the supplier as & when needed, ensuring PO is provided Ensuring banners are available for ASMs to collect during their induction Liaising with the facilities management team to ensure the return of banners when an ASM leaves & these go back into stock Ordering for all new ASMs/RSMs clothing as decided by the Marketing Manager /Group Marketing Manager and replacing existing staff, when necessary Assisting with planning and implementing marketing campaigns help develop online and offline marketing campaigns that will suit both B2B and B2C audiences Campaign idea planning, implementation and budget creation Acting as a brand guardian, ensuring all internal and external materials are consistent in tone of voice, messaging and visual identity Assisting with planning and communicating advertising schedules and additional marketing bookings, as necessary Assisting with monitoring the marketing & social inbox Coordinating project information via the project management system for bookings such as advertising schedules and any additional projects, as required, ensuring budgets are up to date at all times Assisting where necessary with event co-ordination Assisting in researching & coming up with topic ideas for YouTube, Podcast, Social Media and any additional channels where necessary Co-ordinating and booking slots for an active YouTube Channel along with a Podcast Supporting the digital marketing team with social media planning and online engagement Assisting the marketing department with the gathering of market and competitor analysis Producing monthly personal reports on own monthly activity, campaigns including the results of these, personal activity identifying your strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats Skills and experience: Minimum of 2 years working in a marketing coordinator role Proven experience across online and offline marketing, including but not limited to, event admin support, stock control, social media platforms Facebook, X, Linked In, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube & Podcasts Confident and able to form relationships with stakeholders both internally & externally, and able to demonstrate strong verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail with a creative mindset to assist with idea generation A self-motivated, proactive individual with strong attention to detail and an analytical approach Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines A marketing degree or CIM qualification is advantageous Please Note: We do not contact or write to unsuccessful candidates.
