Oakley Recruitment is working in partnership with an expanding organisation based in Tamworth. This is an excellent opportunity to join the team as a Recruitment & Onboarding Administrator on a full-time permanent basis.

Job Role:
- Working alongside the Recruitment Officer arranging interviews with successful applicants
- Producing the new starter form for successful candidates
- Collating right to work and proof of address
- Sending out the pre-employment email to new starters and taking responsibility for the process
- Administering DBS checks
- Administering credit checks and financial sanctions
- Liaising with the fleet administrator for new starters
- Chasing new starters for outstanding information before start date and ensuring everything is in place to start
- Sending out references and proof of activity
- Ability to work confidentially when dealing with ad hoc HR administration tasks that are given
Skills and experience
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to multitask
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
