This is an excellent opportunity to join the team as an IFA Client Services Supervisor on a full-time permanent basis. This candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of client services executives and administrators, ensuring efficient management of workflow, compliance with regulatory requirements and the delivery of excellent client service to their internal and external clients. With a strong eye for detail and quality, you will take ownership of reviewing work, identifying risks, and driving continuous improvement across processes and ways of working.

Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, motivating, and developing a team of IFA Client Services Executives and Administrators, creating a positive and high-performing working environment
- Monitoring compliance with FCA regulations and internal procedures, reviewing work to ensure quality standards and regulatory requirements are consistently met
- Acting as the main point of escalation for complex client, adviser, and administrative queries, delivering effective solutions and exceptional customer service
- Supporting the ongoing development of the team through coaching, one-to-one meetings, performance reviews, and regular team communication
- Producing performance reports, monitoring key performance indicators, and collaborating with senior management to support operational success
Previous experience required:
- Experience within financial services administration, ideally within an IFA environment
- Strong understanding of FCA regulations and compliance requirements within a financial services setting
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
- Confident communication and relationship-building skills, capable of working effectively with clients, advisers, and internal stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and industry-specific systems, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
