This is an excellent opportunity to join the team as a Finance Business Partner on a full-time permanent basis

Job Role

  • Partnering with operational teams and senior leaders to provide financial insight that supports strategic and operational decision-making
  • Analysing KPIs and business performance to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement
  • Leading budgeting and rolling forecasting processes in line with business strategy and market conditions
  • Producing monthly management information, including regional P&L, variance analysis, performance reports and financial commentary
  • Providing profitability and margin analysis while supporting business cases for investment, growth and cost-saving opportunities
  • Supporting cost management, cash flow forecasting and working capital optimisation
  • Driving improvements across financial processes, controls and wider operational practices

Skills and experience

  • Demonstrating previous experience within a Finance Business Partner, Management Accountant or similar commercially focused finance role
  • Possessing strong financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting experience
  • Demonstrating experience producing and interpreting P&L and variance analysis
  • Providing commercial insight around profitability, margins, costs and business performance
  • Building strong relationships with operational and senior stakeholders and confidently influencing decision-making
  • Demonstrating excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate financial data into clear and meaningful insights
