Oakley Recruitment is working in partnership with an expanding organisation based in Tamworth. This is an excellent opportunity to join the team as a Decant Packer on a full-time temporary to permanent basis.

Job Role

  • Be able to handle (pack, stack, palletise etc) safely containers weighing a minimum of 8kg and up to 25kg
  • Labelling containers and pallets as required by the product specification
  • Always ensuring the correct PPE is used including gloves, masks, safety shoes, eye protection etc
  • Be able to use lifting and handling equipment including drum changers and pallet trucks (hand and powered)
  • Maintaining an excellent standard of housekeeping during production and at the end of shift
  • Setting up and running a variety of decanting stations in SDA and SDA Flam
  • Understanding and implementing production documentation including production works orders, bills of materials, pack codes, single point lessons, labelling requirements
  • Ensuring that production works orders are completed according to the standard time and production plan

  • Knowledge in SAP
  • Experience with fast paced environment
  • Flexibility to move to different (similar) jobs/areas when required
