Oakley Recruitment is working in partnership with an expanding organisation based in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity to join the team as an Executive Administrator initially on a 12 month fixed term contract with the opportunity of a permanent position.

Personality

You will be responsible for providing extensive support to Associate and Junior VP individuals. This role will suit someone who is highly proactive, competent and driven with a can-do attitude. It is a demanding role therefore an individual with experience in dealing with a high-volume workload is essential.

Reward

  • £18.00 p/h
  • Monday to Friday 40 hours per week between 8am - 6pm
  • Overtime paid, £27.00 p/h after 40 hours per week
  • Immaculate contemporary working space in city centre location
  • Opportunity to secure a permanent contract
