Oakley Recruitment is working exclusively with a well-established, dynamic growing organisation based in Minworth. This is an excellent opportunity to join the team as a Customer Service Advisor on a full-time permanent basis.

We are seeking an individual with exceptional attention to detail, who is a dedicated team player in the workplace. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a positive attitude and a strong commitment to both the team and their customers. If you are punctual and professional, and confident speaking to customers we encourage you to apply for this role! Training will be provided.

Reward

  • Monday to Friday, 9am – 5:00pm, 1hr Lunch break
  • 20 days holiday plus bank holidays rising to 24 days with length of service

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Customer service inbound and outbound
  • Managing and responding to emails
  • Processing quotes and orders through various systems
  • Allocating and shipping of goods and order processing
  • Identifying opportunities and logging on the database
  • Updating and maintaining a database with accurate information
  • Management of back orders and data management of customer orders
  • Ensuring delivery to schedule of all orders
