Principal/Director M&E Sustainability – Design Consultant
We are on a mission to grow our management team in order to deliver our high-end consultancy services to a greater number of clients. This period of growth will be an exciting and rewarding time for all involved.
Qualifications / Capabilities
- Bachelor\’s degree or equivalent experience
- Chartered status or working towards
- 7+ years professional working experience in Consultancy
- Can run a project including managing a team from start to finish
- Professional qualifications, certifications and skills an advantage (e.g., BREEAM, Energy Assessor, CIBSE LCC, Revit, AutoCAD, IES, Trimble, MEPworx)
Responsibilities (guidance and support will be given)
- Typical MEPH and Energy Consultant management level activities
- Finding opportunities, fee proposals and onboarding clients
- Managing projects from start to finish
- Developing resource (internal and external)
- Originating new ideas to create opportunities in growth areas
- Masterminding performance, training and development with your fellow leaders
- Meeting KPI targets to progress to the next level
