Oakley Health Group in Yateley is seeking an experienced Band 6 Practice Nurse. The role covers immunisations, cervical screening, wound care, routine clinic duties and chronic disease management in a busy GP practice serving 29,000+ patients.
The post offers full-time or part-time hours up to 37.5 per week, with one evening per week until 8 pm and Saturday rota involvement. You will work autonomously within a supportive multidisciplinary team, contributing to high-quality patient care.
