The Senior Revit Designer plays a crucial role in the early stages of factory design and expansion projects. The role supports conceptual and technical design work, collaborates with clients and internal teams, develops pre-construction documentation, and prepares accurate, compliant design information required for tendering, pricing, and project handover. This role bridges creative design with technical feasibility.
- Create detailed technical drawings for production areas, cleanrooms, warehouses, food prep spaces etc.
- Prepare technical schematics for power distribution, lighting, fire detection, and other facility systems in collaboration with specialist designers.
- Develop compliant drawings aligned with building regulations.
- Prepare cost-informed designs, integrating value engineering principles to meet budget expectations.
- Provide design updates and clarify technical details to clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Strong communication skills, able to collaborate with colleagues, clients, and contractors. Practical mindset with good commercial awareness. Proficiency with Revit/BIM software. Understanding of building regulations and construction processes. Experience in pre-construction design, technical design, or architectural/engineering design for industrial or commercial buildings. Background in food factory, cleanroom, or process-industry design is beneficial but not essential.
