Background: Our successful international trading model is centered around our e-commerce (Shopify) platform, and our CRM via Klaviyo. We are proud to report we’ve got it right! The mission
The mission: To be responsible for PWVC’s online revenue engine, at the heart of our business. This is a broad, hands-on, high-autonomy role reporting to James Eden, CEO. In summary, you will:
- Trade the Shopify store day-to-day
- Lead CRM and email via Klaviyo
- Coordinate with our paid media agency to drive profitable growth
About you
You’ll bring relevant experience across both e-comm and CRM, you may currently be operating in a larger business, now ready to step up and take charge of the E-Comm & CRM function of an SME. Or you might already be in a similar role, excited by a career move into a cool aspirational brand where you can use your skills and experience to lead the function in line with our growth. We’re looking for:
- Experience in DTC e-commerce for premium apparel/luxury or adjacent categories.
- Hands on Shopify, Klaviyo and GA4 – you can build flows, segments and reporting without help.
- Proven track record of growing revenue through on-site trading and CRM, not just media spend.
- Comfortable owning a P&L view – you can talk AOV, CVR, CAC, CPA etc.
- Strong brief writing and agency management – clear, fast, decisive.
- Clean, concise copy instincts aligned to PWVC tone.
- A self-motivated team player and collaborator with a ‘can do’ attitude.
- Very organized and able to multi-task and be results-focused.
- Flexible to occasional travel as required.
