Be There When It Matters Most.

When disaster strikes; fire, flood, storm damage; homeowners and businesses need someone they can trust. Someone who can offer help, clarity, and confidence in their next steps. That someone could be you.

At Oakleafe Claims, we’re looking for a Business Development Executive to be the first face our clients see when they need support the most. This is not your average sales role; you’ll be on the ground, attending the scenes of insured property losses, offering our claims management services, and building powerful relationships that last.

You won’t be tied to a desk. This is a mobile, high-impact role, with flexibility, autonomy, and big earning potential.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Responding to live property loss incidents (e.g. house fires, floods) to introduce our services to policyholders
  • Explaining how we manage the claims process on their behalf; acting as their expert guide from start to finish
  • Proactively identifying and generating new business leads and your own pipeline through networking, cold calling, and relationship building
  • Building long-term client relationships that drive repeat business and referrals
  • Meeting and exceeding ambitious sales targets with energy, empathy, and drive
  • Attending weekend leads on a rota basis; flexibility is key in this role

What We’re Looking For

  • A resilient, confident field salesperson with a background in face-to-face sales, business development and networking
  • Cold calling experience and a natural ability to build trust in difficult situations
  • Someone with empathy and emotional intelligence; you're there at someone's worst moment, and your professionalism makes the difference
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills
  • A full, clean UK driving licence and willingness to travel regionally (including weekends)
  • Self-motivation, integrity, and a strong sense of purpose

What You’ll Get

  • Uncapped commission; your effort directly drives your income and could look like:
  • Use of Company car
  • All tools, tech, and branded materials provided
  • Full product and compliance training; we invest in your success
  • A fast-paced, rewarding role where no two days are the same and your work makes a real difference

If you’re driven, people-focused, and want a sales role with purpose, apply today. This isn’t about selling products, it’s about providing a vital service when people need it most. We’re looking for people who thrive under pressure, love the chase, and want to build something meaningful.
