We’re looking for a Strategic Workforce Planning Manager to partner with senior leaders and directors, translating workforce needs into meaningful, actionable plans that prepare the business for the future of work.

About the Role

As a Strategic Workforce Planning Manager, you will drive workforce planning across the organisation, helping the business anticipate and respond to key workforce disruptors, emerging skills, and changing market trends over a 3-5 year horizon.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders to identify critical workforce segments, roles, and skills needed for the future.

Analyse workforce disruptors and assess their impact on future workforce strategy.

Benchmark the organisation against competitors, industries, and market trends to develop insight-driven recommendations.

Develop external insight to challenge and inspire new thinking around workforce strategies.

Lead the development of workforce strategies, balancing build, buy, borrow, and reskilling approaches.

Validate workforce assumptions by continuously measuring and refining supply and demand models.

Support the design of the future organisation, identifying areas for investment and divestment.

Develop best practices and build internal capability across workforce planning communities of practice.
