Oakleaf are partnered with a leading financial services organisation to support them in their search for a Reward Analyst. This role will be based in Southampton and report into the Head of Compensation.

Responsibilities:

  • Data and analytics for all annual compensation processes
  • Support on the annual salary and incentive cycle
  • Analysing compensation surveys
  • Upkeep of Reward systems and trackers

Desired skills:
