The Opportunity
As a People Business Partner, you’ll work closely with senior leaders to deliver bold, future-focused people solutions that enable high performance and organisational growth. This role is perfect for someone who is energised by change, commercially minded, and committed to designing people practices that move the needle.
What You’ll Be Driving
- Building strong, influential partnerships with leaders to deliver proactive, solutions-focused people support.
- Leading the delivery of high-quality, modern People Operations across the full employee lifecycle.
- Designing innovative, people-centred initiatives that strengthen organisational effectiveness and accelerate strategic goals.
- Playing a key role in shaping new ways of working, processes and structures within a developing People team.
- Owning a specialist portfolio and ensuring it operates with pace, consistency and commercial awareness.
- Harnessing data, metrics and trends to influence decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Coaching managers to enhance their leadership capability and embed a high-performance culture.
- Working collaboratively across the People function to deliver operational excellence and consistent, strategically aligned advice.
- Acting as a confident, trusted advisor to leaders challenging thinking, providing insight and modelling best practice.
What You Bring
- Full CIPD qualification or equivalent experience, with proven success in a strategic partnering role.
- A forward-thinking, commercial mindset with the ability to translate people strategy into tangible business outcomes.
- Expertise in continuous improvement, modern people practices and organisational development.
- Strong and current knowledge of employment law, case management and HR best practice.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills and the confidence to influence at senior levels.
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach with the energy to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- The ability to balance broad strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
