This is a fast-paced role where you will take ownership of a large vacancy portfolio, managing

40-50 live roles at any one time and partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver an exceptional recruitment service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across a high-volume portfolio of up to 50 vacancies.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and provide market insight.
  • Proactively source, screen and assess candidates through multiple channels.
  • Coordinate and manage interview processes, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
  • Drive recruitment activity to meet challenging hiring targets and deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate records within the ATS and ensure compliance with recruitment processes.
  • Provide regular updates and reporting to stakeholders on recruitment progress.
  • Effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Essential Requirements

  • Proven experience working within an in-house recruitment function.
  • Significant experience managing high-volume recruitment campaigns and large vacancy workloads.
  • Ability to manage
