Our client is a rapidly growing fintech with c3,000 employees globally. They are looking for an experienced compensation professional to drive both strategic reward initiatives and operational delivery. This role reports directly to the Head of People, partners closely with executive management and has regular Board exposure.
Position Summary
The Total Rewards Manager will manage the Reward function and manage a team of six. This role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing global reward strategies and processes to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for the Reward function, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Advise executive management and the board on executive compensation matters.
- Manage equity and RSU programs, including legacy schemes, senior executive packages, and bonus structures.
- Accountable for end-to-end compensation cycles.
- Develop and embed data-driven processes that are scalable, effective, and compliant.
- Drive both strategic initiatives and hands-on execution as required.
- Collaborate across HR and business functions to ensure reward policies and practices support retention, performance, and growth.
Qualifications and Experience
- Significant experience in Reward leadership.
- Strong track record of working with executive management and boards on executive compensation.
