About the role
We’re looking for an organised, people-focused People Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our People team. This role is ideal for someone early in their HR/People career who enjoys working behind the scenes to create a smooth, positive employee experience. You’ll be the first point of contact for people-related queries, support the full employee lifecycle, and help keep our processes, data, and systems running efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for employee People queries
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes end-to-end
- Maintain accurate employee records across HR systems
- Prepare contracts, offer letters, and employment documentation
- Coordinate changes to employee data (starters, leavers, changes)
- Support payroll inputs and monthly checks
- Assist with absence, holiday, and benefits administration
- Help organise training, engagement, and wellbeing initiatives
- Support People projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and employment legislation
About you
- Previous experience in a People, HR, or administrative role
- Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a professional and friendly approach
- Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Experience using HR systems is desirable but not essential
