We are seeking an experienced Reward Consultant to support the design, implementation, and governance of competitive and equitable reward frameworks. The Role
- Advise on reward strategy, including pay structures, incentive schemes, and benefits
- Lead or support job evaluation, pay benchmarking, and market analysis
- Provide guidance on annual reward processes (pay review, bonus, promotions)
- Support compliance with reward-related legislation and governance requirements
- Partner with HR and senior stakeholders to align reward with business objectives
- Produce clear, data-driven insights and recommendations for leadership
- Contribute to reward projects such as harmonisation, transformation, or M&A activity
About You
- Proven experience in reward, compensation, or total rewards (in-house or consultancy)
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with complex data sets
- Knowledge of job evaluation methodologies and market benchmarking
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
