E-Front System Analyst

eFront & Systems Analyst – London (Permanent)

We are looking for a proactive and technically strong eFront & Systems Analyst to join our London team. This role is central to supporting our investment management operations and enhancing the scalability of our technology and data environment.

You will act as the in-house expert for eFront , working closely with Finance, Loan Operations, the Deal Team, and external partners to improve data quality, streamline processes, and enhance reporting across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Ownership

• Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for eFront
• Manage system configuration, permissions, and ongoing maintenance
• Work with the fund administrator to ensure accurate and timely data uploads

Data & Reporting

• Support automation of internal and external reporting
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, queries, and data extracts
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems

Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows across Finance and Loan Operations
• Reduce manual processes and improve data visibility
• Support system-related aspects of regulatory and operational change projects
