Make a Difference Every Day
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Leader to join Apna House, our busy 25-bedded care home, dedicated to supporting men with learning disabilities and mental health conditions. If you are passionate about making a difference and have strong leadership skills, we want to hear from you!
What you’ll be Doing
- Oversee daily operations of the care home
- Lead and support a team of care staff
- Ensure high standards of care and compliance with regulations
- Develop and implement care plans
- Manage staff schedules and training
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment
What You’ll Need
- At least 2-3 years’ experience as a Team Leader in a care home.
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of learning disabilities and mental health conditions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum of NVQ3 in Health and Social Care
- Must be fully flexible
