We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team at Mere Lodge, providing exceptional care to individuals with mental health conditions, learning disabilities, and challenging behavior. What you’ll be Doing
- Assisting in daily activities such as hands on personal care & household tasks
- Maintain accurate records and follow care guidelines.
- Providing emotional and practical support to promote independence and well-being.
- Encourage social interaction in the Community and engagement in activities.
- Work closely with families and healthcare professionals to ensure tailored support plans.
What You’ll Need
