Apna House is a 25-bedded care home, dedicated to supporting men with learning disabilities and mental health conditions.
We are seeking a Registered Manager to join our team!
What You’ll be Doing
- Leadership: Lead, motivate and develop a dedicated care team.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the home meets the Government and CQC- equivalent standards.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets and resources to contribute to the home’s financial sustainability.
- Create strong relationships with residents, families and care professionals
- Promote a warm, positive and inclusive environment
What You’ll Need
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent
- At least 3+ years’ experience as a Registered Manager in a care or nursing home..
- Registered with CQC – Preferable but not essential.
- Experience with Mental Health & Challenging Behaviour
- Strong Knowledge and confidence in CQC regulations, Safeguarding and quality standards.
- Excellent leadership, organisation and communication skills.
