Job title: Maintenance Person Location: Alne Hall – Valorum Care, Alne Hall, Alne, York YO61 1SA Rate Of Pay: £13 Per Hour Shift Patterns: 40 hours per week, Part time, Permanent Information about the Role: Working in General Maintenance in alne hall your duties will include the following: Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment. Performing preventative maintenance. Handling basic repairs and maintenance. Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary. Diagnosing mechanical issues and correcting them. Repairing machines, equipment, or structures as necessary. Taking apart machines, equipment, or devices to remove and replace defective parts. Checking blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogues as necessary. Using common tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches. Experience with precision measuring instruments or electronic testing devices.
