About the Role: Are you passionate about shaping fair and future-ready compensation strategies on a global scale? We are looking for a Performance & Incentive Project Manager to join our Global Projects team. You will lead high-impact projects in performance and incentives, ensuring compliance, driving alignment across regions, and helping the business deliver transparent, equitable, and competitive compensation programmes across APAC, EMEA and Americas.
What You Will Do:
- Lead end-to-end projects related to performance, incentives, and pay compliance, delivering them on time and to high-quality standards.
- Develop project plans, track progress, manage risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure projects align with long-term business objectives and integrate into global P&I strategies.
- Build strong relationships with HR, finance, business units, and senior leadership, ensuring stakeholder buy-in.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, including pay gap reporting in key markets (UK, Germany, Ireland, Australia, Brazil, Japan).
- Support continuous improvement by identifying process efficiencies and sharing lessons learned across the team.
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Experience in regulatory compensation, including pay gap reporting across multiple global markets.
- Strong project management, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience handling confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Hands-on experience with large datasets, advanced Excel, and project management tools.
Nice-to-Have:
- 3+ years in Compensation & Benefits or global project management.
- Experience in fast-paced tech environments.
- German/French proficiency is a plus.
