Our client is a global organisation that is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to shape how they attract and hire world-class talent across a multi-region Product & Technology function. Reporting into the Global Head of Talent Acquisition & Employer Brand, you will develop and deliver the Product & Technology TA strategy, ensuring alignment with global priorities while driving hiring across key international markets.
You will lead a distributed TA team, partner with senior stakeholders, and represent the organisation externally to strengthen our employer brand and build diverse, inclusive talent pipelines. Your Skills & Experience
- Significant experience leading end-to-end recruitment for technical, product, design, or data roles.
- A background in managing geographically distributed teams within global or matrixed organisations.
- A strong track record in developing sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles.
- Experience in designing and delivering TA strategies aligned with business needs.
- Advising senior stakeholders at a strategic level.
- Experience with recruitment marketing, employer brand initiatives, and talent-focused projects such as DE&I or process improvement.
- Strong data fluency and proficiency in an ATS such as Greenhouse.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and a collaborative, innovative mindset with commercial awareness.
- Curiosity about new technologies, including AI-driven recruitment tools, and their impact on hiring outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver the Product & Technology Talent Acquisition strategy.
- Manage and develop a distributed TA team across multiple regions.
- Act as the senior point of contact for Product & Technology hiring.
- Use data and market insights to shape hiring strategies.
- Lead or contribute to cross-functional talent projects that improve TA processes and outcomes.
Talent Attraction & Employer Brand
- Own recruitment marketing and employer brand activity for Product & Technology, collaborating closely with recruitment marketing teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
- Ensure a high-quality, inclusive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with People Business Partners and global TA colleagues.
- Provide regular recruitment updates.
Process, Data & Innovation
- Ensure accurate and consistent use of the ATS.
- Track, analyse, and share recruitment data.
- Lead the adoption of AI and recruitment technology.
