Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Workday Advanced Compensation processes and ensure best practices. (Workday would be beneficial but not essential)
  • Develop and maintain job architecture, grading structures, and salary benchmarking
  • Oversee compensation and benefits policies, ensuring market alignment.
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to optimize total rewards offerings
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Operations to enhance employee experience.

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience in salary benchmarking and job evaluation. Have experience of job architecture and frameworks essential.
  • Strong background in reward strategy, benefits administration, and pensions management.
