Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Workday Advanced Compensation processes and ensure best practices. (Workday would be beneficial but not essential)
- Develop and maintain job architecture, grading structures, and salary benchmarking
- Oversee compensation and benefits policies, ensuring market alignment.
