A very unique Talent Manager role is now available. This position is Talent (end to end) focused but will also have some generalist responsibilities. This role will sit under a Co-Head of HR who works for the portfolio companies of a Private Equity business and therefore it will be working with those PortCo's.
The role will sit between Talent and HR and will be responsible for:
- Hiring
- Talent assessment and mapping
- Leadership development
- Talent analytics
- Data and all round HR generalist responsibilities
The role will suit an individual who is very data savvy, execution focused and has a structured approach to hiring and talent. They will be able to bring calm to a fast paced busy environment and be commercially minded.
Interestingly, as this role is working with the PortCo's, Financial Services experience isn't required. The client actually wants to see candidates from a more commerce/industry focused background.
City: 4 days a week in the office
Salary: £80-£100k
This role will NOT suit an existing Head of HR.
