Talent Acquisition Business Partner Perm role £60-£70K plus discretionary bonus Hybrid working London based Oakleaf is proud to be partnering with a successful and scaling business in their search for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner (TABP) to join its team.

TA is viewed as a strategic business function in this business not simply as recruitment.

There is an opportunity to grow your career with this opportunity as e team will grow and there will be a need for a TA Manager in the near future.

The Opportunity Our client is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to lead and deliver a robust, scalable, and commercially focused recruitment function.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in developing and embedding best-practice talent acquisition processes within a growing organisation.

Key responsibilities include: Managing end-to-end recruitment across a variety of roles.

Partnering with stakeholders to develop effective attraction and sourcing strategies.

Conducting market mapping, salary benchmarking, and talent intelligence.

Designing and supporting robust interview and assessment processes.

Ensuring recruitment governance, compliance, and best practice are consistently applied.

Building talent pipelines and candidate pools to support future hiring needs.

Managing relationships with recruitment agencies and Preferred Supplier Lists (PSLs).

Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance recruitment quality, efficiency, and candidate experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruitment professional who enjoys building strong stakeholder relationships, influencing hiring decisions, and contributing to the ongoing development of a high-performing Talent Acquisition function.
