We are working with a well-established organisation that is undertaking a significant recruitment project and is looking for a highly organised Talent Coordinator to support its Talent Acquisition team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a recruitment or talent acquisition background who enjoys managing candidate journeys, coordinating complex interview schedules and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate high-volume interview and assessment centre activity.
  • Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process.
  • Organise logistics for assessment centres, interviews and hiring events.
  • Support recruiters and hiring managers with recruitment administration and scheduling.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities are delivered accurately and efficiently.
  • Act as a key point of contact for candidates, providing a professional and engaging experience.

About You

  • Previous experience within recruitment, talent acquisition or recruitment coordination.
  • Exceptional organisational and planning skills with strong attention to detail.
